TRAINING LIABILITY CONTRACT
 

This is an agreement between the ranch manager and owners of Mountain View Walking Horse Ranch, located at 119 Road 1AB, Powell (Clark), Wy 82435

The owner of the horse described in the above lines, agrees to pay $______ per_____ when the horse has completed its desired training level.  An advanced deposit of $_______ is paid by the owner upon initiation of this contract, and is to be refunded at the termination of the contract when all conditions are met by the owner.

Both parties agree, and the manager specifically guarantees only the following items checked:

  • Horses will be cared for in a diligent manner. 
  • The horse will be feed twice daily with grain. 
  • Fresh water will be continually available. 
  • Stalls will be cleaned daily. 
  • Will groom and ride horse every day.

Stall No.___ reserved for horse.  Use of the arena is allowed___________________.

The owner will be notified immediately in the event of sickness or injury to the horse. Veterinary service will be employed in case of illness or injury if desired.  Fences and other facilities will be kept in good condition.  Horse will be shod every 6 weeks if needed, at owners expense.

Both parties agree, and the horse owner specifically guarantees only the following items checked:

  • The ranch, will not be held responsible or liable for accidents, injury, or illness of the horse that is boarded. 
  • The owner will be responsible for any damages done by the horse or owner. 
  • The owner will be respectful to other clients as well as their horses. 
  • The horse has been examined by a veterinarian and found to be in good health status from upon arrival date.

I have read and will abide by the rules and regulations that are posted on the property.
